How to click self portraits when the camera doesn't love you ?

We all have some camera obsessions because we all cravings for good looking pictures.
But sometimes we felt the camera or we are not loving the camera or we can say we are suffering from photophobia 😌.

‌Sometimes we stuck to only one angle of face that we think we look good in it but deep down you know that people are hot with your one face angle or maybe you bored with it. Actually now we are living in a world where your photos speak more about yourself.
Basically, we all are suffering from this kind of facing camera related problems because we all are living in the Instagram world and Facebook stories.
I love to take self-portraits because I think they have certain human creativity and easily deals with human connections with your photos.
Now taking self-portraits without looking awkward is something that I have struggled with a lot.
Now taking a self-portrait is probably when the inner critics in us added a lot of happiness and pointing out all the things that are happy about inner selves.
I still think it is work when putting little effort to take self-portrait that allows us to see inner you and beauty because is such
empowering feeling.
Well, I am not a professional photographer but my mind runs perfectly and passionately when it comes to photography.
So now I just point out some easy self-portrait ideas to get rid of photophobia.
Trust me it's not that more serious, it's funny and you can say it's a hobby to cherish all your moments forever.

1. Stand far away from the camera.

...........
Put yourself in the bigger context and no one gonna see or observe the detail of your face, your expressions, your dark spots and many more things you are obsessed with.
So tadddaa, awkwardness is over.
But see putting yourself in a bigger context and allowing location and space to do the taking its brilliant way to introduce any picture on Instagram or any social networking site.
It's a really good cool way to playing with your relationships and body and the space around you and humans are really good at interpreting body language.
So you can carry posed with different styles and how you carry yourself in front of the camera.
.

2. Put your back into it.
.........
Taking a self-portrait with your backside in front of your camera is the perfect way to execute your location or any sea facing view.
People might think you are not confident in front of the camera so that's why you are posting back pictures but it sort of to show your abilities and intimacy because it is showing part of your body which normally sees unique and people will see world or view from your point of view.
They can see what you wanted them to see.
It will make your picture more storytelling and personal and a little intimate.
.
3. Make it a cover story.
........
Sometimes it just seems impossible to take a single snap when you are happy or you won't share your happiness with your selfie.
How your face looks when you are happy but it doesn't go with your idea.
You just have to take away that face by covering it up.
You can use your hand, flowers or any book or a cup of coffee is something to hide behind and cover that face.
.
4. Crop the head away.
..............
Crop the head away is the idea I get from or I actually find it on Pinterest.
Sometimes cropping head away it will speak the composition louder.
We really look down to get to look of eyes in a person but cropping your face you can redirect that attention to the surroundings or your consume or you will just increase the curiosity and suspension level of the picture.
.
5. Play the supporting role.
.....
Put the main focus on something else in the frame and play the supporting role.
You can make yourself a part of a gallery or on stairs or with an old styled watches in the church or just blending with your environments.
All you have to make to the viewers view that, It is all the things around you and you are just part of the composition.
.
6. Look down.
.....
The eyes can express a lot of things but that is very difficult to capture on camera sometimes.
So one trick you can use quite often is to look down instead that usually bring the content of pic and it will just make all the words quarks and features of your face sort of being on the back further.
When you are looking down that will look less confrontational than looking straight in the lens.
A self-portrait which also is a nice move to make a great photo.
.
7. Focus on your favorite feature.
Just because it's a self-portrait doesn't mean you have to have your face in it.
Instead of a focus on your favorite feature like your hand, your legs or whichever your favorite body part.
I like my hands so I have to take most of the pictures have my hand in it and I may feel it like it may bring sort of intimacy and vulnerability and you touch in the photo instead of by focusing on the attention of your face.
It will tell them some different other kinds of stories.
.
8. Change the angle.
.....
Sometimes it's cool when changing the angle you can invite the viewer can see your perspective and playfulness in the photo.
Try to take a picture under a tree or on a beach to see what different feelings will give you.
..
9. Use Props.
....
In front of your camera, you obviously feel uncomfortable or unconscious about your looks, your body, and all that stuff.
So by using props you can have meaning and playfulness and creativity in the portrait.
For that, you can use your pet or any interesting things you have seashells or anything you love.
.
10. Smile.
Okay, so the best part I have found to make your pictures look great and comfortable in the camera is to smile.
You can sometimes fake it first as you are dying in thunders of laughter and then after a while, you actually begin to laugh and the way to relax your muscles of the face and also bring some of your personality and human touch to your self portraits.
I hope you love the tips from a budding photographer 💙.
Thank you💓.
