Pain ....it demands to be felt

Pain ....it demands to be
"The thing about pain is , it demands to be felt".
So the demanding question occurs during pain is how to feel and move on.
Pain , pain could be in a different form for different people.
For some it's a recent break up, for some it's doing something they don't want to like doing something they don't know why they are doing it and for some losing  there loved once for lifetime or its consist lots of failure which are countless.
So I gave something to add , Pain certainly demand to be felt , but it also asks you to absorb it and move on.
Let it pierce through your skin to the bones , feel it to the fullest it might take a little longer but feel it.
Once you are done feeling the pain to the bones it's start stitching the places where it pierced you, pamper it .
Let it heal at its own place .
Remember, you have your own clock and you own your crawling .
It's alright to be slow what's more important is not stopping.
So take your time , help yourself to heal gently and slowly take baby steps and move on.
I know the wound might burn and hurt in the start but it will just get better ,trust me.
And when the curtains fall , you don't have to care about the audiences.
It's just one person in audience who matters and that's you.
So the healthy adults takla about problems. We look for solutions.
When people hurt us, we communicate with compassion directly and truthfully.
We understand that no connection will last if people hold  in all of their anger , pain and misunderstandings.
So the pain deals with every wound if we were stucked into it.
So somebody cab decide whether you are happy or unhappy.
Is this not slavery? What happens within you.
Somebody else determines this is the worst for of slavery.
Pain and pleasure happen within you.
Joy and misunderstanding happen within you.
The events around you may not be determined by you but how you experience life on this planet is determined by you.
