We always watch in movies like the very romantic dialogues that say "My heart says you are the one that I can spend my life with" or we may read some quotes saying,  Listen to your heart you will find your love.
All stupid rubbish things ...they all were saying that your heart things but these all are just rubbish romantic lines.
Trust me these all are just your mind games.
Your emotions and your thoughts are just created by your mind.
Everything is in your hands.
But our problem is we think we have little heart which contains thousands of emotions and we can't do anything of it.

But the truth is heart only control your bloodstream and nothing else...these all games of your mind when you get understand this trust me your problem never gives you goosebumps every day and there is no word called tension in your dictionary.
Like everything, every scenario, every dreams everything is created by mind.
We are human beings, and we must be glad to God that we got the sharpest mind.
And our mind never forgets everything.
Like our mind stores every small detail about your life.
And our body stimulates every little memory.
And those movies showing us just an imaginary fake thing which we assume that our heart also has emotions and making fool of yourself.
I will say just go through your mind.
Don't make fool of yourself my trusting the heart stories.
If you know how your mind works..how the things in your hand?...
I couldn't say control your thoughts but I must say understand your mind.
If you got the key of your mind the depression, the emotional heartbreak nothing will matter you.
At that time , you will get to know how life is.
Where is your happiness..how to enjoy your life, how important you are?
Just trust yourself.
Know yourself.
Then everything will be alright.
